Sutherland is hiring a team of Guardians who will review and act upon user generated content on social media platforms. We take wellbeing very seriously and are appointing a Wellness Coach with Arabic, who will lead Sutherland’s wellness program and will help to promote a positive and stable work environment through a holistic wellness program (emotional, physical, spiritual, occupational, social, intellectual and economical).

The primary role of the wellness coach is to partner with all stakeholders and enable adoption the 6 dimensions of wellness across all levels within the program, work with our client to transition their wellness philosophy seamlessly into the Sutherland’s environment.

In addition to effectively managing the core Wellness Program, you will work with Leaders and employees across to explore habits, environmental impacts and relationships that may be impacting their current state of physical and mental wellbeing and will help design effective programs to optimize all aspects of the work environment. You will work with external psychology experts to ensure support is provided at every appropriate intervention.

Job responsibilities:

• Work with team members in one-on-one and in group coaching sessions
• Provide coaching in positive lifestyle behaviors including resilience and wellbeing, stress management, nutrition, heathy diet, physical fitness, work life balance.
• Use industry relevant tools to assess and evaluate state of well being of individuals and groups
• Write reports and with the relevant stakeholders (in line with data privacy)
• Observe and note expressions and behaviors, use insights to create effective intervention programs and recommend personalized communication and coaching styles for individuals.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly wellness programs across the actions 6 dimensions of wellness.
• Create and administer surveys to gather data, analyze and draw insights that may signal the need for counselling, coaching and guidance interventions.
• Use data/reports to communicate with clients, external auditors and other stakeholders on the effectiveness of the wellness program.
• Collaborate with wellness partners/vendors to ensure high quality products and services are delivered and well utilized.
• Leads risk analysis and regulatory compliance; makes recommendations to internally for plan changes, funding requirements and updates plans in accordance with legislative changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a psychology, counseling or related health field.
• Must meet the minimum guidelines for health and wellbeing coaching with an established body or hold an appropriate clinical credential.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a wellness coach in a corporate setting preferred, including; health management, prevention, screening, behavior modification, and holistic wellness management.
• Experience with metric management and reporting.
• Strong written, verbal & digital communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent Arabic and very good English language skills.
