To ensure the expansion of our Operations Center in Sofia, we are now looking to recruit a Social Media Technology Specialist.

Job Summary

The individual will be responsible for partnering with clients, internal management and third party vendors to support the technical aspects of business solutions, including social media support, consumer surveys, live chat, SMS messaging and business intelligence.


Responsibilities:
• Execute implementation of technical component of all social media, survey, live chat and business intelligence business solutions
• Investigate, analyze and recommend technology solutions that fits client’s needs (internal & external clients)
• Partner with Data Services and Business Intelligence teams to develop, plan and implement the analytics and reporting for business solutions.
• Develop and facilitate social media technology, report generation, and other technical training supporting the implementation of solutions
• Ensure technologies and capabilities align with strategic goals and operational processes.
• Enhance and expand business solutions through innovative technical solutions.
• Support sales efforts, solution engineering and business objectives by contributing technical and subject matter expertise, knowledge and insights.
• Monitor changes to native social media platforms and third-party technologies on a daily basis and issue alerts for changes and their impacts to affected program management
• Maintain and publish monthly newsletter of social media updates on a consistent basis

• Troubleshoot and support technical issues related to business solutions
• Provide subject matter expertise for the organization on social media and technical matters on other digital issues.


Job Requirements:
• College diploma required or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of call center experience, including call center operational knowledge is preferred. Social Media knowledge and participation is required
• Ability to work flexible schedule.
• Must have experience utilizing Social Media to communicate and must be currently actively engaged; being familiar with personal blogging and utilizing twitter mandatory.
• Author of a personal blog a plus.
• Active Facebook and Twitter account mandatory. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office package.
