For one of our clients – a global company - we are looking for – Email Marketing Associate with Ukrainian, French, Italian, Hungarian or German.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serve as the point of contact for development and management of individual clients, dealing with communication, execution and reporting;
* Oversee email execution including deployment, scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization for the team members, clients and prospects;
* Track and analyze weekly & monthly email KPI’s;
* Use reporting results to propose improvements in processes, content and campaigns to improve email effectiveness;
* Developing long-term messaging strategies.

Requirements:
* Fluency in Ukrainian, French, Italian, Hungarian or German;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - comfortable on the phone;
* HTML and CSS skills for email templates, with a willingness to find solutions when needed;
* Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
* Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere.
