The Customer Engagement Center Agent manages business customers’ queries and has a direct impact on the client satisfaction. He/she cooperates with various internal and external stakeholders with different cultural background and drives service excellence.


Job specifics/responsibilities:

• Case management

• Coordination of customer cases highlighted as exception using appropriate tools & reports

• Coordination of the resources in a proper manner to seek for customer case resolution

• Monitoring and owning of the overall service event to its completion

• Interaction with various internal stakeholders

• Managing of multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision

• Customer interaction and proactive communication

• Participation in the process or quality improvement trainings


Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree

• At least two years of client facing experience, preferably in a similar environment.


Personal skills and qualities:

• Written and verbal fluency in English and German

• Excellent customer skills, courteous, assertive, and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution

• Good Presentation Skills

• Team player

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Time management skills and working with strict deadlines


Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

• Basic Knowledge about hardware products in the computing and printing area

• Good computer literacy – (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
