Our client is a leading producer in the FMCG field.Due to their growing we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a:

Quality Manager

Main responsibilities:
Manages the quality of the ingredients and production operations in food factory;
Implements quality assurance requirements for different products;
Manages the quality improvement of the production tests;
Conducts audits in the factory;
Sets and approves metrology procedures for internal Microbiology and Chemistry laboratory;
Reports monthly quality figures and work to achieve targets set;
Manages laboratory personnel and provides factory staff with training and assistance;
Assures the processes of implementation, support and improvement of the Environmental Management System;
Obtains all permits needed for new components in new products;
Establish good customers’ relations and open communication style.

Required qualifications and skills:
Project management experience in production company, preferably in food industry;
Good knowledge of management;
Ability to lead by example and promote all safety rules, company polices and procedures;
4+ years of proven leadership experience in similar position;
Knowledge of the current legal regulation in the field;
Assertive and analytical person, able to operate effectively in the context of a dynamic working environment;
PC literacy – MS Office /Excel, Access;
Fluent in English.
