For building the best team they’re now looking for a Head of Media Buying.

This is a global role and requires excellent analytics and budgeting skills, knowledge of digital media.

As Head of Media Buying you can expect to:
Have a highly strategic role in growing the company reach in new and existing markets, and ensure ROI positive user acquisition;
Build and maintain relationships with Key Account Managers;
Negotiate and launch media buying campaigns;
Recruit new media partners;
Manage and optimize running media campaigns;
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Marketing or other field with relevant experience in the advertising industry;
Deep interest in digital advertising and startup;
Excellent verbal and written command of the English language;
A team–player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently;
You have to be pro-active, fast learner, detailed oriented, able to work under stress, comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment';
At least 3 years of experience in online advertising and media buying;
Knowledge of Native Networks (e.g. Outbrain, Taboola, ContentAd, Yahoo Gemini etc), Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram ad buying;
Experience in budgeting, launching and monitoring campaigns at scale;
Account management experience;
Project Management experience;
Experience in Affiliate Marketing is a big plus;
Understanding of Google Analytics and other major tracking and optimization platforms;
Analytical thinking and the ability to study data patterns. Hands on experience with data elaboration and presentation via Excel;
Strong business, budgetary and negotiation skills. Motivated and results-oriented.
Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS and Photoshop will be seen as an advantage, but is not a requirement;
