We are currently looking for Project Support Specialist with German who:

•Provides support to internal company’s projects for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region to ensure that they meet all scope, time, budget and quality expectations. This is achieved through planning, controlling and coordinating on a geography as well as on a country level.
•Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
•Works with a pool of Project Managers on a variety of projects; supports or leads the fulfillment of PM related tasks of the assigned project/s and as Support Project Administration
•Supports the management of project financials: prepares reports, presentations and does required budget tracking; reports to project manager and/or project sponsors
•Participates in set project/s related meetings & delivers required inputs, if applicable
•Prepares presentations, reports, analysis regarding project/s status & future actions
•Manages first level stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

•First level university degree
•Fluent in verbal and written English and German
•1,5 years in project support role or in similar roles/businesses
•Very good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Ability to make quick and informed decisions
•Proactive and able to work under pressure
•Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
•Customer oriented attitude
•Experience and literacy in - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project
•ITIL process knowledge is an advantage
•Project management fundamentals is an advantage
