For one of our most trusted clients we are looking for: Customer Service Representative with Italian.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for handling general queries regarding a specific product through incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls;

Actively listen and retain information to support the customers enquiry
Obtain and accurately input relevant customer information into databases
Manage general administrative duties

Work closely with the other departments to achieve the overall objective of improved customer service

Requirements:

Fluent Italian and English
Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
Strong communicator at all levels; verbally and written to build and maintain internal and external relationships
MS Office User
Good organizational skills
