For our client – a fast-growing distribution company in the FMCG and Beauty sector – we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Category Manager.

About the Role
This position blends strategic execution, operational management, and commercial & marketing support. The successful candidate will adapt global brand strategies to the local market, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive business growth through strong collaboration with suppliers, sales teams, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Implement global brand strategy at the local level
Act as the main point of contact for brand owners and suppliers
Manage product assortment, pricing, and stock levels
Develop and follow up on brand and business plans
Lead operational processes, logistics, and distribution efficiency
Support communication between marketing and sales teams
Organize product trainings and provide POS materials
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or Business (preferred)
3+ years of experience in a similar FMCG role – mandatory
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, and marketing program execution
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Fluent English; strong MS Office proficiency
