We are looking for our client – Eli Lilly, a multinational innovative pharmaceutical company - for a competent and motivated professional to join their team on the position of:

Medical representative

Among the responsibilities of the person on this position will be to:
Identify and develop business relationships with existing and potential clients
Interact with doctors and identify key needs in order to achieve excellence in the promotion of the company products
Perform promotional activities and marketing research on client and competition behavior and trends on the market
Deal with customer complaints and concerns in an accurate and respectful manner
Work successfully with his/her teammates for achieving the common goals
Perform effective communication with customers through demonstrated professionalism and dedication
Respect the values of the company and work in strict compliance with the ethic policy
Elaborate regular
Requirements for the role:
Master’s/ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences field
Fluency in business English
Experience in the therapeutic area of Oncology would be considered as a very strong advantage
Proactive, self-driven attitude
Result-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical and strategical thinking and exceptional organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and ethical behavior
Clear driving license
