We are currently looking for a Production Expert to join one of our partners – an International production on the position of:

Production Supervisor / Shift Leader

Responsibilities:
• Manages a production Unit Shift of 35 people;
• Implements solutions to improve production processes and cost targets;
• Prepares analyses of the consumption of raw materials;
• Review process for material savings, material handling reduction and efficiency improvements;
• Participates in analyzing the quality of the production;
• Controls compliance with labor and technological discipline, as well as safety rules;
• People management


Qualifications:
• 2-3 years minimum managing Technological / Automotive manufacturing operations;
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
• Quality management experience;
• Experience working in TS/QS/ISO manufacturing environment;
• Solid MS office skills, experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles is an advantage.
