Environment Health and Safety Leader
Manpower Bulgaria is looking for one of its most respected clients experienced and motivated candidates for position of:

Environment Health and Safety Leader

Main Functions:
• Contributes to site strategic planning for Environment Health Safety systems and programs, compliance and continual improvement.
• Provides guidance and counsel to the site management team on applicable programs, practices, and existing company, national safety regulations.
• Assist the Operations management in providing a safe, healthy workplace for all employees, visitors and contractors.
• Develops, recommends, implements, supervises and assesses EHS programs.
• Develops and implements proactive EHS compliance and training programs
• Supervises, enhances and monitors EHS practices for the site.
• Reports EHS compliance issues and makes recommendations to appropriate site management for correction.

Requirements:
• Master degree in appropriate Engineering discipline / Environmental / Health & Safety engineering or related area or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in EHS field oversight, behavioral safety and multi-site manufacturing sites.
• Fluent English is a must, other language is a plus
• Knowledge of EHS compliance
• Ability to manage large projects.
• Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
