Responsibilities
If you are interested in:

Analysis and designing of a customer journey that exceeds expectations;
Measurement and improvement of the interactions of the customers with the bank during their lifecycle;
Structuring of development strategy and campaigns for clients’ acquisition, development and retention in Individuals segment;
Customized product lines and services, based on market analysis;
Monitoring of the results and sales process effectiveness;
Design of commercial activities supporting the business plan and goals.
Required Qualification
Your background is:

Experience in business or marketing areas;
Ability to work with figures, ensuring high level of accuracy;
Analytical and creative mind, curious in researches and open to new challenges;
Agile, dynamic and positive team player;
Very good computer skills and English knowledge.
