Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious and forward thinking individual to join our aspiring and international team as a
Senior SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for OnPage optimisation in several languages
• Develop new/improve existing structures and processes within the team
• Keep yourself and the team up to date about the latest developments
• Responsible for training and mentoring team members
• Quality Assurance of On-Page SEO tasks
• Keyword research preparation
• Identifying and resolving site fixes and technical issues
• Development and implementation of link building strategies that work
• Reviewing backlink profiles and implementing link building campaigns
• Assessing backlink profiles of our websites to keep them clean and up-to-date
• Monitoring and analysing our website traffic to maximise the sites’ potential
• Market, competition and trend monitoring
• Development and supervision of sustainable SEO concepts and strategies in coordination with management
• Conceptual design, implementation and optimisation of new and existing SEO campaigns
• Onpage and off-page optimisation
• Assessing our sites’ performance regarding architecture, content, linking structure and other relevant factors to increase organic search performance


Requirements:
• Proven organic SEO experience, 4+ years
• Proven experience with high quality link building
• Extensive knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, SEO tools and best practices
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools
• Working knowledge of HTML
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset and keyword research skills
• Excellent written and oral English
• Proactive and goal-oriented working style
• Impressive conceptualizing skills and assertiveness
• 'Out-of-the-box' thinking and real zeal to achieve success in the SEO market
• Natural interest in networking in the SEO field
• Good team spirit and desire to share your professional expertise with junior members of the team
