For one of our most trusted clients we are currently looking for Audit Director.

Main responsibilities:

• To manage the Company's Audit Clients in accordance with the Company's rules and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the BDO Audit Methodolog
• Selects a team with engagement skills to match the requirements of engagement with the skills and capabilities of the team
• Identifies procedures to improve the economic performance of the commitment, performs the necessary procedures more efficiently and eliminates low value work Actively monitors and addresses billing and collection issues
• Generates new business opportunities and proactively identifies opportunities to sell the services of the Company, which add value to the client to demonstrate understanding of the client's competitive situation
• Work efficiently and monitor progress to ensure that the quest is fulfilled by initiating a discussion with the client team and obtaining constant feedback from the client
• Provides timely reviews of team performance / performance and gives advice and advice on professional development
• Performs appropriate procedures for repeated annual customer assessments
• Describe the set of services of the company, and actively assess / present ways to apply knowledge and services
• Manages, motivates and provides guidance to staff
• Monitor the team's work to make sure it complies with the Company's quality and auditing standards


Profile requirements:

• Qualified Expert Accountant (ACCA or relevant)
• Currently working in a specialized audit firm or having a recent experience in a spe-cialized audit firm
• Team Leader able to manage a diverse and large portfolio
from customers and provides added value services for new and existing ones
customers
• Excellent communication skills - written and spoken in both Bulgarian and English
in English
• Excellent acquainted with IFRS and ISA (Knowledge of Commercial Law and other applicable laws will be considered an asset)
• Excellent acquainted with the various accounting software products and applications used by various industry sectors and working comfortably in a computerized environment
• Ability to grow business, negotiate increases in fees, prepares business offers / offers of high quality and to sell various services to customers
• Ability to support learning through teaching and learning appropriate courses.
• Ability to identify quality new employees through the hiring process
• A leading figure in the development of current employees, through the evaluation and evaluation process promotion recommendations
• Effectively manages resources to achieve optimal use and return on commitments and provide control over the unfinished work and debtors
