On behalf of our client, an international technology services company with a new office in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Technical Support Specialists with French .

Main Responsibilities:

Diagnosing computer trouble by telephone, or remote help customers to solve the hardware and software problems.


Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
· Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage
· Very knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
· Positive and open-minded attitude



Fluent command of French
