Currently, for our client -multinational company, leader in FMCG sector, we are looking for candidates, ambitious enough to improve themselves on the positions of:

Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

- Account Management for certain customers and/or distributors;
- Prepares detailed activity plan for the respective customers/distributors on yearly basis in line with the annually agreed trade terms and conditions. Organizes and coordinate the promotions and advertising activities for the respective clients. Ensure efficient execution of the planned promotions ;
- Controls and administrates the KA/Distributor related budget;
- Ensures listing of new products and categories and coordinates those with all internal and external partners involved.
- Closely supervises the targets’ achievement with the respective KA/Distributor, creates database and provides reports;
- Provides regular observation of the market situation and competition. Early recognize any risks or opportunities and recommends appropriate actions.



Qualifications:

- University degree, preferably in Economics, or business-related specialty;
- KA/Distributor market knowledge, customers and consumers insights understanding;
- Sales background in FMCG at least 2 years;
- Finance experience in preparing and managing budgets;
- Knowledge of English language in spoken and written;
- Accountability and result – driven person;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
