Order Processor with Excellent German OR French
Join our client's Order support team and contribute with your professional expertise in multinational environment!
Currently we are looking for 2 Specialists.


Main responsibilities of the role:
• Process orders & returns;
• Validation of orders and pricing;
• Management of relevant customer details;
• Ensure compliance with work instructions and corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules;
• Respond and action any escalations received;
• Assist the Team Leader with any ad-hoc request.

Requirements:
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree;
• Up to 1-2 years of previous experience in multinational company;
• Excellent English and German skills. The other role requires excellent French and English;
• Exceptional accuracy when working with data;
• Outstanding work ethics and focus on customers’ needs;
• Soft skills such as proactive attitude and team spirit.
