We are currently looking for a Production Team Leader to join one of our partners – an International company which is tarting its business in Bulgaria, on the position of

Production Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Set up the production lines and manages the production unit in Bulgaria;
Implements solutions to improve production processes and cost targets;
Prepares analyses of the consumption of raw materials;
Review process for material savings, material handling reduction and efficiency improvements;
Participates in analyzing the quality of the production;
Controls compliance with labor and technological discipline, as well as safety rules;
People management – 20 people.

Qualifications:

2-3 years minimum managing manufacturing operations;
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
Quality management experience;
Experience working with Quality standards;
Solid MS office skills, experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
Knowledge of business, finance and management principles is an advantage.
