In partnership with our client we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Specialist – Brokerage, taking ultimate responsibility for a high quality financial company.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct timely review and approval of required transaction processing
- Assisting the Head of Brokerage Department in all brokerage-related business activities
- Preparing reports for the needs of the department
- Handle outreach via email and phone to the clients and administrators to obtain updated position balances and security pricing information, along with trade, transfer, dividends, and corporate actions activity
- Ongoing communication with the Company’s partners, liquidity and software providers
- Creating reports for regulatory bodies, inserting data, maintaining information and updating the Database
- Responds to pricing and/or non-routine or more complex inquiries and develops proposals in collaboration with team members
- Monitoring of the functionality of the platforms according to the internal needs

In order to be successful in this role you need to have:
- Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
- University degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Very good computer literacy – MS Excel
- Experience in the financial markets
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
