Currently for one of our partners, globally renowned company, Adecco is looking for:

Community Support Manager Junior with English and native level of Portuguese

Requirements:

• Native level of Portuguese language required and fluency in English;
• Fast learner and demonstrates positive attitude with users and colleagues;
• Dependable and reliable; good attendance track record, flexible;
• Ideally has knowledge/experience in Community management;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to face changes;
• Ability to escalate and consult when necessary;
• Reporting on programs’ metrics;
• Independent and proactive team player.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the community through the different channels available: Forums, ticketing system, Social Media channels, emails, phone, etc...;
• Help in updating or modifying the needed documentation for the program such as Help Centers;
• Answer to the community tickets and to their specific support requests within the given SLA;
• Monitor on a daily basis all given inquiries from the community and:
○ Follow the guidelines to understand what action is to be taken;
○ Take action accordingly and within given SLAs;
• Ability to recognize and report New Technical Issue, bugs, flaws, violations, etc..;
• Capacity to follow up updates with reported issues in order to update and support the users;
• Help the Content writer by providing and suggesting new content to the community through the available channels (Forums, Social pages, Etc.);
• Ability to translate from/to English when needed;
• Ability to analyze processes and pilots, spot areas of improvement and propose an action plan for optimization.

• Standard working week Mon-Fri (09.00-18.00h) with occasional slight flexibility;
