Accounting ERP Team Lead
For one of our key clients we are currently looking for Accounting ERP Team Lead.

Main responsibilities:
Organize and Improve the first level of ERP support based in Sofia
Be the functional level of approval on some setups initialized and requested by key users
Define and manage the training to key users and users
Jointly with the global team, find out issues to be solved
Propose and design new reports
Manage the level 1 team
When new solutions are identified, train the Level 1 team accordingly
Be in charge of end users training, continuously work on spreading the knowledge
Design Excel Add-In reports
Propose process improvements
Proceed to data consistency checks
Anticipate issues and solve them
Test new system development in collaboration with IT and the global team
Be the intermediary and point of contact between the functional team and the IT technical support team
Escalade the incidents to IT/Global team when necessary
Requirements for the role:
Master degree in Accounting or IT
+3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
Fluent English
Good Excel level
Excellent understanding of accounting principles.
AX Experience and SAP would be a plus
Strong appetite for systems
Combined knowledge of systems and accounting.
Design or active participation to any system implementation is a plus
