At the moment we are assisting our client to set up new team within the financial and commercial areas and we can offer you an open role for Credit Management Specialist.

The responsibilities are:

• Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc.)
• Follow up on the credit insurance policy
• When a reduction in coverage arrives, report the incident, validate the invoices, validate what they have to pay and manage the invoices from suppliers.
• Enter the detail of the transfer sent by the insurer after making the payment, finish closing the accounting file and modify the client's status.
• Ensures that any supporting documentation are provided to customers as requested
• Provides support to other team members where required
• Proactively improves the quality of end-to-end processes through identification and resolution of issues and continuous improvement
• High interaction with Credit Management team based in Spain and potentially with commercial and front office teams.

If you have gained:

• University degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting;
• Previous finance experience- working with databases or managing/analyzing financial data and documents on a large scale
• Excellent Spanish skills;
• Very good English skills;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Emphasis on customer service;
• Experience in a multinational company and knowledge in business processes;
• ERP experience (preferably SAP);
• Strong communication and analytical skills
