YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational control and coordination of activities to ensure utilization of production lines;
Execution of process improvement projects with maintenance and engineering teams;
Raw materials management and KBIs reporting;
Support the development of the team for better performance and higher results;
Budget owner in own area of responsibility.
Direct reports: Shift Leaders, Raw Materials Storekeeper, Forklift Driver

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
University Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Studies;
Previous working experience in Production, preferably in the food industry;
Very good English language and MS Office skills;
Leadership and managerial skills with strong ambition to grow within the company
Result-orientation with readiness to seek and find solutions;
Teamwork attitude and focus on continuous learning.
