Q&EHS Manager
One of our most trusted clients - the Swedish Group Husqvarna has two production legal entities in Bulgaria. The first factory named Diamond Tools Supply EOOD was acquired in 2017. The company is specialized in the production of tools for polishing and grinding of concrete, and is operating currently with more than 80 people. The second factory is named Construction Tools EOOD, acquired in 2018 with more than 160 employees. The factory manufactures light compaction machines, concrete equipment, hand-held hydraulic equipment for construction.

For their factory – Diamond Tools Supply EOOD – we are currently looking for an experienced Q&EHS Manager.

Key responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA) management: create and maintain in the centralized CMS data base the following QA themes (Documentation, Claims management, Project management) and guarantee the communication of these topics to the employees and their application in the factory;
Continuous improvements:
- Implement a problem solving philosophy in the factory (8D workstreams, FMEA, 5 Why groups) to solve the process deviations, the possible non conformities and improve the operational practices;
- Organize on a regular basis internal Quality Meetings to review the Quality KPI’s, the corrective & preventive actions, the different ongoing projects and the claims status;
- Plan internal audits of the production standard operations and pinpoint the possible process deviations and organize the reporting of these audits;
Supplier/Customer relationship:
- Audit, evaluate and qualify the existing or potential new suppliers;
- Review and discuss the technical specifications with the suppliers;
- Meet the customers if necessary and communicate the customers satisfaction to the employees and handle the claims if needed;

ISO 9001 certification:
- Organize the external ISO 9001 audits with the dedicated external companies;
- Fill the gaps of the possible factory non-conformities expressed during the audits and implement the further appropriate corrective actions plan;
- Communicate the results to the employees;

Quality control:
- Issue and update if necessary a Quality Control Plan;
- Implement and follow up the Quality Control Plan in production from raw material to finished products including also the process control;
- Create relevant and comprehensive Quality KPI’s and targets to evaluate the non-conformities rate and the production process deviations;

EHS responsibilities:
- Build an EHS program to guarantee an appropriate work environment of the staff, taking into account the local authorities and agencies requirements;
- Develop policies, program and procedures linked to the REACH, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 rules and regulations;
- Organize and support the external ISO 14001 audits with the dedicated external companies and coordinate the EHS training to the employees;
- Lead and facilitate the accidents investigation with records to determine root causes analysis and corrective actions;


Profile requirements:
Technical background
Experience with ISO and OHSAS certification (9001/14001/18001) procedures & quality standards norms
In-depth knowledge of quality continuous improvement tools
Analytic approach in the tasks realization
Products & process control plan implementation skills
Project and people management skills
IT knowledge: Microsoft Office Package, QA software, ERP
Good knowledge of English – written and verbal
