On behalf of our partner, a well-known global food and beverages producer and importer, we are looking for an experiansed proffesional, to join their team for the role of

Regional Manager Distributors & Wholesalers
(Sofia and South-West Bulgaria)

Key Responsibilities:
Manages and develops business relations with the corresponding distributor, while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities including logistics, distribution, sales, etc.;
Responsible for the implementation of the categorical business plans, while carrying out various activities at the local level;
Participates in setting and coordinating goals, investments and priorities together with the National Manager Distributors and Wholesalers, Commercial Development Team and Marketing;
Participates in the planning of activities (Monthly Business Planning & Integrated Commercial Planning) and investments;
Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of investments or providing the necessary information for its accomplishment;
Conducts regular audit for the implementation of the quality indicators reported by the distributor;
Implements, develops, analyzes and reports to the National Manager Distributors and Wholesalers for the execution of commercial objectives;
Responsible for the proper storage, protection and tracking of advertising materials in warehouses and stores;
Provides growth for the trusted region, through detailed knowledge of customers and categories;
Ensures the maintenance of the company’s Trade Standards through the commercial power and merchandisers;
Maintains daily contact with the distributors and their team;
Negotiates commercial and financial terms while successful manages business relationships with the distributors;
Responsible for receivables and payments from the distributors to and from the company;
Works actively with wholesalers in the given region;
Responsible for preparing and conducting weekly, quarterly business reviews with relevant distributors.
Role requirements and essential skills needed:
Minimum 5 years experience in sales, FMCG company preferably;
Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills;
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization;
Excellent in listening, negotiating and presentation skills;
Problem solving and decision making skills;
Analytical and strategic thinking;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Higher education in a related field.
