For one of our trusted clients - we are looking for: PRODUCTION MANAGER – PLASTICS

Main responsibilities:
- To organize and control daily production plans;
- To organize and request implementation on a regular basis of SPC, FMEA, QRQC, 5S and other related to the production activities for continuous improvement and to take corrective actions to ensure conformity with customer specifications;
- To monitor the performance by collecting/generating data and provide statistical reports;
- To suggest and apply work schedules in order to increase the efficiency of the manufactured products;
- To participate in starting new products;
- To be in charge of inventory in production;
- To perform strict control on raw material consumption and scrap of material and to prepare and report monthly scrap rate;
- To be in charge of receiving, installing and validating of equipment;
- To control the non-violation of the rules for environment protection;
- To evaluate and develop the employees;

Requirements:
- Technical University degree (preferably in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering);
- Skills to create, organize and lead a team;
- Flexibility, adaptability and high personal motivation to work;
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and set priorities;
- Knowledge of English – written and spoken according to IMI internal standard;
- Computer literacy - excellent Excel knowledge is a must
- Experience in Plastic Injection manufacturing environment is an advantage;
- Experience in working with ERP system is an advantage;
- Automotive quality standards knowledge (preferable).
