Our client Innovibe is an early-stage digital platform operating at the intersection of technology, natural health, and global practitioner communities. Their mission is to modernize and digitize aspects of homeopathic practice by enabling practitioners to deliver personalized frequency-based therapy programs to their clients worldwide.
We are now looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to help build and scale the company commercial engine from the ground up.

Role Overview:

We are now looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can operate like a startup generalist - someone who can combine strategy with execution and build the company marketing function from the ground up. Work closely with the founders, product team, and partners to establish Innovibe’s global presence and accelerate practitioner adoption of the platform.
This is a fully remote role based in Bulgaria, offering high autonomy and the opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a fast-evolving startup.

Marketing & Growth Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing and executing Innovibe’s go-to-market strategy by:

- Developing and executing global go-to-market strategies;
- Identifying and scaling effective practitioner acquisition channels;
- Building and managing an affiliate/referral program;
- Developing partnerships with homeopathic associations, schools, and practitioner communities;
- Managing and continuously optimizing the company website (Webflow);
- Driving SEO and organic growth strategies;
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns;
- Building brand presence within relevant professional communities;
- Using AI tools to increase productivity and scale marketing output;

Practitioner Acquisition & Partnerships:
- Conducting outreach to homeopathic practitioners globally;
- Building relationships with early adopter practitioners;
- Creating onboarding materials and practitioner resources;
- Supporting the growth of Innovibe’s practitioner network;
- Developing strategic partnerships with relevant organizations;

Analytics & Optimization:
- Defining and tracking marketing KPIs;
- Managing performance analytics using tools such as PostHog and Zoho CRM;
- Running A/B tests on landing pages and messaging;
- Optimizing the practitioner acquisition funnel;
- Identifying and scaling the highest-performing channels;

Customer Experience & Support:

As an early-stage startup, the role also includes operational involvement in customer experience. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting practitioner onboarding;
- Responding to initial customer enquiries;
- Developing help documentation and FAQs;
- Collecting user feedback and translating it into product insights;
- Supporting community engagement initiatives;

Candidate Profile:
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles;
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments;
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making;
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, and automation tools;
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently;
- Strong communication skills across international environments;
- Active use of AI tools for productivity and marketing workflows;

Nice to Have:
- Experience with SEO, affiliate marketing, and content marketing;
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, PostHog, or similar tools;
- Experience working in global or multi-regional markets;
- Previous work with technical teams (developers, product teams);
- Interest in holistic health, wellness, or complementary medicine;
