Our Client is a construction investment company with over 25 years of presence on the local and international market.

For their office in Burgas they are looking for a highly motivated and responsible and professional to join the team at the position of:

Sales Consultant
/the position is office based/

The position:

- Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
- Guiding and advising clients on property investments as well as throughout the sales process;
- Closing property deals;
- Managing client’s property portfolios;
- Following up all sales enquiries;
- Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.;
- Organizing and booking property showings when needed;
- Inputting information into a CRM system;
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes in the local and national real estate market.

The profile:

- University degree;
- Experience in sales is considered a strong advantage;
- Very good written and spoken English – B2;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Commercial flair accompanied by excellent communication skills;
- Creativity, charisma, with excellent presentation skills;
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented personality.
