For their unrivalled team, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of
Head of Marketing.

Key responsibilities:
Set up operations (some from scratch) and implement KPI metrics
Recruit, develop, and coach marketing specialist
Lead by example and create an environment, in which they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Review statistics and compile accurate reporting
Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership in achieving the company's financial targets
Define and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to reach short and long-term goals
Lead successful content creation

Requirements:
Be able to conduct the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns from planning to execution taking into account all elements and details
Minimum of 3 years of market planning work experience, preferably in tech and internet related sectors
Previous experience in hiring, developing and leading digital marketing teams
Outstanding proficiency with digital marketing tools, data analysis, media buying, content creation and copy expertise
Deep experience and expertise in building online funnels, dealing with inbound/outbound sales, customer success etc.
Previous experience in affiliate marketing, product launches and PR distribution
Proficiency in English
Understanding of the blockchain space and its community would be considered as an advantage
