Description

Position Purpose & Summary

Provides proactive administrative support to the Finance Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership team members, including schedule management, meeting and event logistics, travel arrangements, expenses, documents and correspondence.

Principal Accountabilities

50% Coordinate Meeting and Event Logistics
Agenda (daily) management and planning
Travel Management: travel arrangements, flight, hotel, events, visa’s etc.
Meeting Preparation – prepare agenda, arrange logistics, team events, capturing minutes and actions etc.
Other day to day admin support requests: i.e. arrange meeting rooms / lunches / invitation letters etc.

50% Perform Administrative Activities

Processing of Expense Reports
On-boarding of new employees, including requesting required IT equipment and system access
Support in preparing presentations and other documents as required
Maintenance of GPO share-point site content

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Secretarial Diploma
Minimum of 3-5 years as a PA in a corporate environment
Excellent written and spoken English due to the international nature of our business
Experienced in computer skills on Microsoft outlook (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Sharepoint, SAP.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A pleasant and friendly manner and good interpersonal / international working & communication skills on all employee levels with respect for all cultures; open and empathic to others values and opinions
Accurate and attention to detail
Far advanced organizational skills
Responsible & accountable
Able to prioritize work, autonomous and self-starter;

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
Experience in working within a virtual team environment
