Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner:
Inventory planner
Main Accountabilities:
- Conducts out analysis, identifies root causes and assigns follow-up actions; responsible for Raw material inventory, selects and optimizes raw material inventory levels
- Establishes appropriate supplier replenishment process.
- Releases purchase orders, addresses Material Requirement Planner (MRP) action messages, expedites parts and manages quick ship requests.
- Holds daily meetings with Production Planners, Receiving/Inspection and Customer Care to communicate and expedite materials issues. Conducts Purchase Order Date Management Review.
- Ensures accuracy of ERP with regard to sourcing rules, supplier lead times, planning time fence, fixed day supply, minimum order quantity etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Suitable for candidates with less experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to handle multi tasks;
- Strong communication and organizing skills;
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented.
