Currently we are looking for a:

Production Manager

Your future responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for overall production performance (Productivity, output, quality, turn over rate, safety&security etc);
- Develop production expense foreast and control budget;
- Drive for continuesly improvement in terms of material flow, production costs, technology, labor efficiency;
- Ensure production system (discipline to meet quality and compliance requirement);
- Interface with Plant Manager and other head to review and develop production strategy, and to solve any major issue;
- Design reward system to motivate staff/ worker, listen the voice from workers, and resolve conflict;
- Design reporting system and verify overall data integrity.

We are looking for:
- Engineering or other relevant University degree
- At least 7 years experience in supervision and managing people in electronic or similar production;
- Knowledge and practical experience in Production Lean/ Kaizen/TPM;
- Manufacturing Cost Control and Value Analysis;
- Strong analytical capabilities, proven ability in problem solving;
- Excellent communication skills.
