Our client’s technology spans architecture, engineering, construction, and entertainment, empowering innovators everywhere to solve challenges big and small. As a Technical Product Analyst with German, you will be supporting the global organization by detecting and addressing incompliant usage of our software and build the bridge between data and business.

Responsibilities:
Conducting remote meetings with clients to obtain usage information
Handling customer’s calls about technical assistance – deploy and troubleshoot our scanning tool as well as PowerShell scripts
Supporting customers through proactive follow-ups
Working closely with other team members, actively exchanging information and knowledge
Identify, Assess & Prioritize Requests by teams.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
Fluency in German and English
PowerShell Scripts, server, AD & Group Policies, network support knowledge
Good analytical skills and ability to isolate and solve problems and to follow the predefined process
Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels, across all geographic regions
