We keep growing! Now looking for Sales Associates to communicate with consumers of smokeless products through outbound campaigns in order to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell of products.


On this role you will:

• Provide correct, empathetic and high-quality customer support.
• Quickly provide solutions for problematic situations concerning the users of the smokeless products.
• Maintain positive and engaging relationship with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recognize and take advantage of opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in order to solve consumer’s pain points.
• Proactively keep themselves up-to-date with all new procedures, products and services.

We need you to be:

• High school graduate
• Experienced in sales
• Proficient in Bulgarian (both written and verbal) and advanced in English
• Experienced in call center environment (desirable)
• Familiar with OS MS Windows & Office and Internet applications
• Active listener with positive attitude and tone of voice
• Result-driven and proactive
• Able to work in fast-paced environment with great variety of consumer situations.
