Brand Manager- FMCG

The person who will fit best is initiative, creative and flexible professional who will be responsible for the whole process of creating new brands form an idea to a realized end product. Initiative, the ability to always be aware of the current trends and the skill of creating innovations in business will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:
Involved in management of brands, starting from stage one of planning;
Developing a brand strategy and making sure all areas of the product correspond with the core brand;
Discovering new market possibilities;
Involving and coordinating all company branches to ensure that the commercial targets are met;
Management of cost price and price positioning of the product on different markets;
Creating advertising and strategies of the brand for different markets;
Based on the brand strategy creating a consumer behaviour analyses;
Monitoring and analyses of competitive brands;
Maintaining the company reputation at internal meetings and conferences.
Requirements:
Professional experience of at least 2 years in Marketing in the FMCG field, preferably in multinational company;
Relevant degree in field of Marketing or Economics;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English, other language will be considered an advantage;
Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office;
Result driven with leaderships skills;
Highly creative with ability to think out of the box;
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
