Our partner is a proven leader and innovator in its sector present in 80 countries with more than 65 000 employees worldwide. They are currently looking for experienced Country sourcer to ensure the deployment of the category strategies and execute the sourcing process for local categories


Main responsibilities:
Sourcing execution & Strategic Suppliers Management;
Apply sourcing strategy or instructions defined by European Procurement Policy and Frame agreements;
Launch RFQ to pre-selected suppliers and facilitate the process of suppliers selection (technical and commercial) with requesters;
Analyze offers, make scenarios and propose short list of suppliers;
Select suppliers, negotiate and implement contracts;
Lead SRM activities for key suppliers of his/ her category;
Manages supplier relationships;
Develop and manage relationship with internal customers;
Conduct periodic surveys to measure customer feedback for continuous improvement in collaboration with the Performance Management Lead;
Perform period activity report including monthly reports on actual and projected savings related to his categories;
Conduct bottom-up savings planning

Requirements:
Education – Bachelor;
3+ years of experience in Procurement;
Experience in planning and sourcing in an international environment;
Functional & Value Analysis, (re)-design to cost techniques;
Experience in supplier relationship management;
Proven negotiation and analytical skills;
Cost & savings management;
Contract Management;
Category expertise - Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pheumatics and Electrical spareparts, Industrial equipment and maintennace, transportation of liquids, managing subcontractors, cryogenic tanks and equipment – preferable
