For our client - the leading online reseller of quality branded second-hand fashion in the EU, operating on 7 markets, we are looking for energetic, skilled, and motivated Marketing and Advertising Director.


Job Description

The director should have experience in managing omnichannel marketing strategies for online retail businesses, to head a skilled marketing team, in a fast-growing modern company and will be responsible for budget spending, execution, and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have both ATL and digital marketing background, IT project management experience, and appreciation for data-driven marketing. The position requires a candidate who is tech-savvy, knowing or ready to learn marketing metrics software, a hands-on manager, who is also a good communicator, self-driven, motivated, delivering results, and responsible.

The measures of success for this position will be the efficiency of spending the budget: increasing traffic to and sales in our e-shops, expanding customer base, and successfully implementing marketing spending strategies on new markets, while keeping reasonable the levels of costs of a new customer, and cost per order.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail and digital marketing, of which minimum 3 on a management position (startup and e-commerce experience is a plus);
Experience in managing minimum 5-digits monthly budgets for online and traditional advertising (TV, radio, and other channels);
Experience and skills in digital marketing in all its fields: performance (both Google and Facebook + remarketing), direct, social media;
Experience heading large-scale marketing initiatives in various markets in Europe, with budget and performance accountability;
Experience collaborating with creative and IT product (web, app) teams;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (another EU language will be a plus);
