Our Partner is a leading international company in manufacturing and service of compressors, industrial pumps, generators & light towers. For their team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join as:

Sales engineer

Main responsibilities:

Plan and prioritize daily sales activities with customers achieving agreed business aims, including cost and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity in sales area of responsibility (Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo countries);
Work in a proactive way to achieve profitable growth targets with high focus on sales;
Increase the market share in the assigned region and track the market share (orders won / lost) within the territory;
Analyzing the market, competitors’ business requirements and identifying new business opportunities;
Building good, long-term partnerships, providing technical advice to customers, as well as negotiating and closing contracts;
Researches and analyzes potential new locations for the development of the trade network.

Requirements:
1-3 years’ experience in B2B sales;
University degree, preferably in engineering;
Technical understanding or willingness to learn;
Fluent English;
Very good presentation and negotiations skills;
Ready to travel on regular basis;
Driving license - B category;
