If you have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or Economics
- Previous experience in business analysis activities (more than one year will be considered as an advantage)
- Strong technical skills
- Good understanding of different techniques and systems for business process specifications
- Good written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on details
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



And you would like to:
- Work with the end-users in order to help them to identification, documentation and prioritization of business requirements
- Do validation and detailization of business requirements with business users and transform them into change specification by investigating current and future state of the processes
- Advise business on options, impact and risks, work close with IT Subject matter experts on identifying recommended solutions including process improvements
- Produce and maintain change specifications
- Produce and maintain use cases / process diagrams for any new or existing application systems
- Assist technical teams to define, build and test solutions
- Assist business end users to test provided IT solutions
- Produce and maintain user documentation (when necessary)
