If you have:
Excellent academic background, preferably having achieved a master degree with a focus on corporate finance from a leading university
At least two years of professional advisory experience with a reputable corporate finance advisory firm or a bank (M&A, ECM or leveraged/acquisition finance), private equity or a top tier financial consultancy firm
Previous cross-border transaction experience
M&A transaction execution experience including a good mix of sell-side and buy-side transactions, complex deal understanding and structuring
Very strong corporate finance, financial modelling/valuation, numerical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (oral and written) with the specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and to defend their validity vis-à-vis clients and internally, as well as strong interpersonal skills including team player qualities
High levels of proactivity, ingenuity and success drive
Commitment to excellence and integrity in work and maintenance of high professional, regulatory and ethical standards




And you would like to:
Assist the Raiffeisenbank’s Bulgarian and international M&A teams in the origination and execution of M&A advisory mandates in Bulgaria and the CEE region
Conduct sector and company research, quantitative analysis, detailed company valuation and financial modelling in the context of M&A transactions
Participate in marketing meetings with strategic and financial sponsor clients regarding M&A
Have leading role in preparation of presentation/discussion materials for use in M&A transactions or strategic client dialogue
Interact and manage projects with senior banking team members, client management teams, prospective investors and other advisers on a daily basis in both execution and origination projects
Co-ordinate and cooperate with M&A / investment banking team in Vienna and other local Raiffeisen network banks throughout the region
Do traveling activity mainly in the CEE region in relation to execution and origination projects
