ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
This is a position within commercial function working closely in building mid and long-term strategies for all our brands – Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, Cappy, Bankia, Lavazza, Jack Daniels, Finlandia, Jägermeister and others. In this high visibility role, you will have the chance to work with cross-functional senior stakeholders building the commercial strategy of the company and gain opportunity for further career development. The position reports directly to the Revenue Growth Manager.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Successfully implements Commercial Policy across sales channels;
Leads the annual review of the trade investment strategy by channel/category;
Coordinates cross functional Commercial Policy team and stay in contact with the HQ;
Analyzes performance by market channels, competition and define corrective actions;
Effectively communicates with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial policy strategy;
Supports Commercial in development of long term strategy for trade investment;
Identifies opportunities for work efficiency, business development and process improvement;
Supports change management efforts including implementation of new tools and processes;

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
University Degree in Business Studies (Finance/ Analytics is an advantage);
Previous working experience in commercial function of a large multinational organization;
Strong analytical and numerical skills;
Ability to understand financial implications of the business;
Understanding of FMCG commercial operations;
Quick in grasping the customers, shopper needs and the needs of your commercial colleagues;
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels including senior stakeholders
