YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads sales forecasting process according to the procedures, in liaison with Sales, Supply chain, Finance and Marketing departments
Key role in strategic annual sales volume preparation as part of the Business Planning (Budgeting) process
Leads weekly and monthly cross-functional Sales & Operations routines with CCHBC Management Team
Identifies potential risks and opportunities which provides to Commercial Department, CCHBC management & Hellenic Group
Presents monthly estimation proposal to Senior Management team
Provides Commercial Department and CCHBC management with timely, accurate and consistent sales forecasts and reports
Cooperates with Demand Planning Community in Hellenic Group
Ensures delivery of the main KBIs in cooperation with Sales Management team
Leads a team of two people (Demand Planning experts)

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Experience in forecasting, reporting or business analysis is a must, preferably in FMCG
Experience in leading a team of people is advantage
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Enjoys working with large amount of data
Passionate and energetic personality able to influence
University degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or other business related field
Advanced English
Advanced knowledge and experience in working with MS Excel functionalities, ERP Systems (Experience with SAP APO is advantage)
