MASTER DATA SPECIALIST
Job Summary
The Master Data Specialist will be the subject matter expert to create, read, update and delete the data lifecycle process, supporting projects and acting as primary point of contact for continuous improvement opportunities for steady state operations. In this role, you will gather and specify business requirements and operationally support the master data management process. You will also support to assess opportunities of streamlining and optimizing master data processes.
* Role is based in EMEA region - tied to a main office of Cargill with preference for San Cugat (Spain), Schiphol (Netherlands), Budapest (Hungary), Bucharest (Romania), Sofia (Bulgaria). Hybrid work mode is available.

Key Responsibilities
Provide deep knowledge to create, read, update and delete master data processes, including customers, vendors, materials, organizational structures and any master data domain in scope.
Gather business requirements related to the domain and provide operational support for the master data process design.
On board and collaborate with the master data super user network to identify requirements to support design and build.
Provide instance level support in create, read, update and delete master data solution development, communication, training and implementation.
Deliver cutover requirements relating to the field and support the scoping and execution of the processes, user acceptance testing and business simulation.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Main Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Confirmed SAP knowledge of managing master data objects.
Confirmed experience with minimum two master data domains of customers, vendors, materials or finance
Confirmed experience in project works including deployments, migrations and others related
