GLOBAL MOBILITY CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Job Summary
The Global Mobility Client Experience Specialist as part of the broader Global Mobility team will be the primary point of contact for employees going on international assignment to ensure they have a positive employee experience at the start and end of their relocation, as well as during the assignment.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinate and monitor all the relocation and repatriation activities from external vendors, providing regular updates and meetings with the employee.
Liaise with external vendors, GM Consultants, GM Assignment Management Specialists, HR Operations and Payroll, as needed, to resolve issues from the employee at the start, during and end of assignment.
Implement all human resources aspects of international assignments, policies and procedures with frequent communication and visibility to employees starting or ending an international assignment.
Administer policies and regulations to ensure accurate payment of all expatriate allowances as well as special items such as moving expenses.
Independently solve moderately complex questions from assignees with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Coordinate resolution of exceptions and escalations from assignees, supporting the client/vendor communication
Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure compliance with government regulations associated with expatriates and ensure time sensitive processes are completed timely and escalate accordingly in cases of delay.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Strong communication and influencing skills
Fluency in English – C and above
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of software applications, reporting tools and spreadsheets
Experience in client support throughout the client support lifecycle
