Written Social Media Support with Italian/Polish/Greek/French and English (Standard working hours)
The position is ideal for people who love interacting with others trough all social media channels.

Requirements:
Excellent level of Italian/Polish/Greek/French and English language;
Education in Marketing or related;
Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills;
Previous BPO experience is a plus, but not a must;
Team spirit and people oriented mentality.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining the company’s social media reputation through various channels;
Providing positive brand experience;
Reacting to incoming queries from customers;
Responding to social media comments and complaints;
Assisting customers on the go in real time.
