Analyst / Product Manager in Acronis Cyber Infrastructure team - Sofia
Acronis is looking for a talented and motivated data-driven analyst who will provide requirements management for software-defined data center infrastructure products.



Responsibilities:

Profile competitors in an assessment analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors
Analyze collected metadata from existing customers to define better approach in delivering products with superior quality and with highly desired features set
Establish pricing and licensing model for products based on competitors analysis and best practices
Define, gather, analyze intelligence about products, customers, competitors, and any aspect of the environment needed to support executives and managers in strategic decision making for software product development
Conduct market research to gather information about target markets or customers. Analyze collected data to improve business strategy
Conduct competitors software product research to define features, use-cases, technologies stack, best user experience
Write requirements for product analytics and data tracking
Establish and implement effective requirements creation and management practices. Implement ways to unify and reuse requirements across projects
Closely interact with BI-team on performance result analyzing and reports and monitoring of data collection
Work with dev-teams on union in-product data with sales and marketing data, web-sties analytics and etc.


Requirements:

From 1-3 years prior experience in software development projects, requirements gathering, consulting or data analysis
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Product/UX Design or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Detail orientation with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Willing to work with Agile methodology
Good written & verbal communication skills
English level – Upper-intermediate or higher
Experience in working with project management and requirements preparation tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Understanding of system engineering concept, experience in Agile software development process
Understanding of compute virtualization, software-defined storage, software-defined networking is a plus
