SUMMARY:
Acronis is seeking a Lead Development Representative, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, This position is focused on qualifying incoming leads from all the sources and crating new leads by calling down marketing campaigns. You have the opportunity to join a fast-paced software company supporting our sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to come in and manage our leads program. This position has career paths to Inside Sales and Partner Account Manager based on performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to all daily leads via e-mail and telephone
Manage all the leads that come from WebEx, Trade Shows and all current cold call lists.
Manage the Salesforce database by keeping records current and using the information to your advantage. Make contact actualization and discovery.
Generate new business with net new accounts through driving marketing campaigns.
Have the ability to qualify new leads and take appropriate action with each individual lead.
Strong communication skills to work directly with our Account Managers and Sales Engineers.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications (salesforce.com preferred).


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will be highly organized.
Ability to work in a fast paced changing environment.
1 – 3 years previous business development experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Self-motivated, upbeat, organized and highly persistent in follow-up.
Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
