We are looking for Partnership Events Professional who wants to participate in the execution of interesting sport events globally, who will be working in our R&D center in Bulgaria, Sofia.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning, conceptualizing and implementing of sport events globally;
Coordination of business processes between global offices;
Support in various event related projects;
Prepare marketing materials for events;
Internal and external reporting and analysis;
Tracking budgets & expenses;
Payments processing;
Contact vendors/suppliers & place bookings;
Collate relevant data & provide recommendations;
Other ad-hoc tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent English (written & spoken);
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Positive working attitude & willingness to learn;
• Ensuring all tasks are fulfilled within scheduled timeline or earlier;
• Team oriented working attitude and understanding of different cultures;
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change;
• Efficient time management;
• Attention to detail.
