We are looking for:

Junior Account Manager with English/ French or German

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional account service - proactive communication, establish a productive relationship with the assigned accounts, follow-up on delivery issues.
Maintain customer orders, proactively follow-up with the customers.
Work with the necessary departments to address any non-compliance issues.
Monitoring customer order behavior by preparing reports, tracking and monitoring of internal company metrics.In order to lead-time and expedited freight - negotiate non-contractual customer requests.

Requirements:
2 years experience B2B communication experience.
Excellent English/ French/ German language.
Proficiency with MS Office ( specifically MS Excel).
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical strategic and problem solving skills.
Open mind thinking, ability to handle complains, conflicts and solve issues.
